Samusar (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an adult-oriented educational video-sharing application that provides sex education and sexual-health information. We respect your privacy. 1. Adult and Educational Content Notice
The App contains mature discussions and educational depictions related to sex education, sexual health, relationships, consent, and human anatomy. Samusar is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. The App is not a pornography service, dating service, or adult entertainment service. Its content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, counseling, or treatment. 2. Information We Collect
We do not ask you to provide your postal address, phone number, payment card information, contact list, precise location, sexual orientation, or medical records in order to view educational content.

If the App offers an account, profile, or sign-in feature and you choose to use it, we may process information such as your username, email address, account identifier, and profile settings.

The App and the third-party services integrated into it may automatically collect or process limited technical and usage information, including:

Device type, operating system, app version, language, and general device settings;
IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
Advertising ID, app instance ID, and similar device or app identifiers;
App interactions, viewed screens or content categories, video activity, session duration, ad impressions, clicks, and performance data;
Crash reports, diagnostics, and other technical information used to identify and fix problems; and
Push-notification tokens when notifications are enabled.
If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and any information you voluntarily include in your message. We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support.

3. How We Use Information
We may use the information described above to:

Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App;
Deliver requested educational videos and App features;
Measure usage, performance, and reliability;
Display, measure, and help prevent fraud involving advertisements;
Send service messages or push notifications when you allow them;

4. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party Services
The App may use Appodeal and its advertising partners to display and measure advertisements. Appodeal and participating ad networks may collect or process advertising IDs, IP addresses, approximate location, device and network information, app-session information, ad impressions and clicks, diagnostics, and other advertising data. The specific advertising partners involved may change as Appodeal updates its mediation services.

The App may also use Firebase or other Google services for analytics, diagnostics, app configuration, and push notifications. These services may process app instance identifiers, notification tokens, usage data, device information, IP addresses, and crash or diagnostic information in accordance with their own policies.

Depending on your location, the App or its advertising providers may present a consent form for personalized or non-personalized advertising. You can manage available consent choices, use Appodeal’s opt-out options, or reset or delete your advertising ID through your device settings.

5. How Information Is Shared
We may share or allow information to be processed:

By service providers that help operate, analyze, secure, or monetize the App;
When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
To protect users, the public, our rights, property, or safety; or
In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the App, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, or phone number. Advertising providers may use device identifiers, advertising data, and app activity for advertising purposes as described in their policies and subject to applicable consent and opt-out rights.

6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal requirements. Third-party service providers retain information according to their own retention policies. Support emails may be retained as needed to address your request and maintain appropriate business records.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security measure is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Samusar is strictly intended for adults aged 18 or older who have reached the legal age of majority in their country or region. The App is not directed to children or minors, and minors must not use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
